Dr. Mallorie Hopkins PT, DPT
Hello and thank you so much for being here to learn more about me! I’m Dr. Mallorie and I received my Doctorate in Physical Therapy out of Mercy College in New York.
My physical therapy career started in orthopedics in 2019 treating sports-specific and general orthopedic conditions, which set a foundation for my theory of treatment. However, my journey into pelvic health began with my own struggles with pelvic pain. As I navigated through my personal challenges, I realized that many of my family and friends were also grappling with various pelvic pain symptoms as well. I saw a gap between traditional and holistic treatment and with that came so many questions and so few answers. I became motivated by a desire to understand the interconnectedness of not only pelvic floor anatomy but also how hormones, nutrition, and the nervous systems play a role in pelvic pain and function leading me to pursue extensive education and certifications to broaden my knowledge.
My expertise extends beyond the confines of traditional pelvic floor physical therapy, encompassing a holistic approach to pain relief that considers the entire body. With my unique blend of skills, I strive to empower you, to reclaim and rediscover the inherent strength and innate capability of healing that already lies within yourself.

Outside the clinic, you can find me exploring the wilderness with my husband – whether it's hiking rugged trails, camping beneath the stars, or getting in a run in the outdoors.
When I'm not out in nature, you'll find me immersed in fiction books, experimenting with flavors in the kitchen, enjoying shared meals and laughter with loved ones, and eagerly soaking up new knowledge. These diverse interests reflect my passion for a holistic approach to health. To me, wellness is a delicate dance where physical vitality weaves together with mental and spiritual nourishment, crafting a life of harmony. I am happy to work with you!
