I’ve been working with Dr. Mallorie for almost a year now and we’ve made unbelievable progress. I went from being on opioids everyday, debilitating pain on my periods, unable to work or have a social life- to having an almost PAINLESS PERIOD. That’s something I never thought was possible, to be able to not only go back to work, but to work while on my period. Mallorie is empathetic, kind, patient, and SO knowledgeable, I learn something new every session. She breaks everything down and explains in detail what she’s doing while she working on you, and the entire session is hands on manual work which is VERY rare in the physical therapy world. She’s truly saved me from a miserable life of hating my periods and 24/7 chronic pain, to loving and listening to my body. The best advice Mallorie has given me was last week during our session, she said, “you can heal and live at the same time”. And that’s changed everything for me. Thank you for showing me that another life is possible, I’m forever grateful to you.

Knowledgeable, empathetic, professional, and passionate - these are a few adjectives I would use to describe Dr. Mallorie. I was dealing with pelvic pain for many years that left me hopeless and frustrated. She taught me how there are many factors that contribute to pelvic pain and created a detailed plan of the steps we needed to take. With this comes a lot of vulnerability, and Mallorie always created a safe space where I felt cared for. Because of her treatment, I am fully recovered! I had recurring UTIs and pelvic floor issues from childbirth, menopause, and a lifetime of jogging. Allea has helped me tremendously deal with the these painful issues along with the surrounding muscle areas that get irritated as well. Working with Dr. Allea during one of the most trying times following the birth of my firstborn was the best decision I made!
